Por interpretación, veo que es una manera, en este caso, de juntar o agrupar las deudas o demorras por fecha y ponerles en un recipiente virtual/conceptual. Luego son compilados en informes, supongo en orden chronológico para ver las deudas con fechas más antiguas, que corresponden a las "age buckets".

(vaya término. No me sorprende que se haya utilizado esta "bucket", porque es un término muy general: cubo, recipiente, contenidor etc. ¿y la fregona?)
