a 64 kbit/s based isdn
una RDSI a 64 kbits/s

Explanation:
Bien.

¡Mil gracias!

  -> Muchas gracias JuanMi.

neutral  Jux: RDSI s correcto pero cuando se habla de Kilobits por segundo creo que lo más acertado es usar la abreviatura kbps, aunque todas las opciones que habéis propuesto serían también válidas: kbit/s, kb/s

Reference: Plural of units of measurement

Reference information:
ISO 1000-1973: SI units and recommendations for the use of their multiples and of certain other units" states:

"4.5.1 Unit symbols should ... remain unaltered in the plural ..."

So 64 kbit/s is correct, 64 kbits/s is not correct ...

These rules are the same in Spanish and English.

Reference: kilobits / kbs

Reference information:
Kilobit
A kilobit is a unit of information, abbreviated kb, sometimes also (incorrectly) kbit.
The standard definition is 1 kilobit = 103 bit = 1,000 bit. In the context of storage-memory and address-space sizes, the alternative binary definition of 210 = 1,024 bit is occasionally used (see Binary prefix), although this usage is ambiguous.

Kilobits are commonly used to express digital communication speeds, e.g. a 56 kbit/s PSTN or 512 kbit/s broadband Internet connection. In the context of telecommunication transmission speeds, the decimal definition 1 kilobit = 1,000 bit is used uniformly.
