"Contest Media" son todos aquellos elementos de la participación de un individuo en un concurso que son sujetos a evaluación por parte del jurado. Por ejemplo, en un concurso de belleza los "contest media" son los desfiles, la entrevista, etc. En un concurso literario es simplemente la obra sometida a concurso. En cierto tipo de concursos es importante que los "Contest Media" esten estipulados claramente al inicio del concurso. Francamente no conozco ninguna traducción habitual del término en castellano.
En el contexto que describes yo emplearía "postulación" la primera vez (luego de "submitting your") y "obras sujetas a concurso" la segunda vez (luego de "ownership of your").

Quizás "sometidas" a concurso suene un poco mejor que "sujetas".
