"... that applicable receiving devices detect and respond appropriately to the Redistribution Control Mechanism to prevent unauthorized redistribution (including over the Internet) and to pass-through for all Services."
Ya he visto las entradas de este término, pero "transferencia" o puerto de transferencia, transferir, no me aclara mucho. Agradezco sus explicaciones.

En terminos tecnológicos pass-through es cualquier elemento físico o lógico que aune o separe señales, cables, etc de una manera multiplexada o demultiplexada.
