se refiere a un tipo concreto de calzado de cocinero.
Yo diría que esto simple es "resistente a la suciedad" o "resistente a las manchas".
¿Todos de acuerdo? ¿O tiene otras implicaciones?

En la misma descripción ya ha quedado especificado que es resistente a altas temperaturas, a aceites, y que, por si fuera poco, también es anti-deslizante.

A ver si algien me puede confirmar mis sospechas. Saludos a todos y todas.
