Creo que la expresión requiere un poco de licencia poética.Lattice como celosía o enrejado no parecen adecuados; podrías poner adjetivos relacionados con esos conceptos como enmarañada, enredada, entretejida, etc. aplicadas a vegetación, aunque si la traducción fuera mía, utilizaría algo como exhuberante o rica.Para "hung with" evitaría el literal "pender de" y pondría sólo cubiertos.

estoy de acuerdo con lo poetico de la expresión "hung with" y pienso que se usa aquí bien para describirla del modo "techos adornados con enramadas entretejidas"
otro ejemplo es cuando se adorna el árbolito de navidad, se dice que esta "hung with christmas motives" por ejemplo con esferas, estrellas y figurillas navideñas :D
