Explanation:
Podés fijarte en páginas web de grandes cadenas hoteleras (Hilton, Marriot, etc por nombrar algunas), y ahí vas a ver que se utiliza así: habitación King / Queen.
Ojalá sirva mi comentario, de todos modos seguiré las respuestas porque me interesa saber si existe una traducción posible... tal vez pueda decirse "habitación real", pero no lo sé... o tal vez se refiera al tipo de colchón...suerte!!!
