No sé si hay un equivalente en español, yo nunca he oído hablar de este tipo de apuestas al menos en España. Se trata de apostar para un objeto de valor XXX y que los números que arrancas del cartón coincidan con el de l cartón en si. Con poco dinero se pueden ganar objetos de un valor bastante más elevado (ver las referencias que he puesto antes).
Yo simplemente explicaría de qué se trata. Haría una traducción más o menos literal y lo explicaría resumido entre paréntesis. O también se puede dejar en inglés y añadir una aclaración entre paréntesis.
