English to Spanish translations [PRO]

Information will also be transmitted by buyer and seller via electronic, means such as POL, SmartSource, or any other that buyer indicates."
It belongs to a purchase order and in this case it specifies how to deal with mailing between buyer and seller. I don't understand clearly what COLLECT BASIS means, I guess it refers to the fact that they are not only going to deal with regular mailing but also with electronic mailing. I cannot find this term ANYWHERE!
Any idea? Have you ever seen this collect basis somewhere else?

Preferí 'envíos' en vez de entregas, ya que el envío es lo que realiza la compañía o entidad que fija esta regla,mientras que la entrega queda en manos de un tercero (cartero o mensajero). Es un detallecito nomás.
