Your claim should be filed with the party or parties suspected of causing the loss or damage. This might be your ocean carrier, a ***dray company*** or xxx.

How is my freight moved from my warehouse to the railroad ramp?
A Dray company will bring the empty equipment that is to be used for your shipment. The equipment is loaded and then the Dray Company brings it to the designated ramp.

What is a delivery and pick up dray?
The dray portion of the Intermodal move is the part handled by the carrier that brings you the equipment to be loaded or to be unloaded.

disagree  Vitaliy Rysyuk: It implies rail transport too, but the meaning of "dray" absoluely excludes transportation by rail.

Saludos.

In response to Mercedes' "Tu propuesta "compañía de camiones" no transfiere el matiz de transporte terrestre (importante en este contexto)."
Whereas "dray" means in the contemporary context "truck(ing)", thence, please, see
Oxford Dictionary for
TRUCK - a wheeled vehicle, in particular a large road vehicle, used for carrying goods, materials, or troops; a lorry
When according to the EN-ES Oxford Dictionary, the Spanish for "truck" is "camión" and "trucking" meaning "transportación en camión".
Dray transportation means land transportation, excluding rail, i.e. wheeled road transportation, which is equivalent to trucking.

Example sentence(s):
