According to "Kamusi ya Kiswahili Sanifu" Second Edition, 2004, OUP, page 284, mizania is defined as hesabu inayoonesha usawa wa matumizi na mapato ya biashara, shirika au nchi.

We may also translate Balance sheet as Waraka wa mizania as per the definition of BAKITA (2005) if there already writings in that balance sheet, as a document. But, if it is an empty piece of paper, I think we should not call this waraka wa mizania. |
