neutral  xxxeBoy: "Ujira" means pay, earning or salary . This is the regular pay you receive on service. I would suggest to use "Mafao" which means benefits, priviledges or entitlements(covers all non-salary pay). The sentence should read " Sheria ya Mafao ya Wafanyakazi"

  -> I agree with you about the word "Ujira". I chose it because, the benefits are usually given to a worker according to the same law about salaries, I think. The problem here, for me, is to know if in Tanzania exists such an act. In the past there was SCOPO
