Explanation:
my understanding is that this is a Ramadan season wish note from an entity called Etisalat to its customers, suppliers or partners, and, therefore, both Ramadan and Etisalat must start with capital letters.
I do not agree with the translation "Heri ya Ramadhani kwa etisalat" which literally mean " Ramadan wishes to Etisalat" which is opposite. Also, in Swahili, Ramadan season is written 'Ramadhan' and not 'Ramadhani'
