Är det någon skillnad på en "harrow" och en "power harrow"? Rotorharv? Har tyvärr inga bilder men det verkar vara en sådan här:

Edit: Ah, jag trodde du menade att det hette rotorharv i grunden. Om det bara heter harv så kan du ju ta bort rotor. Verkar inte finnas många ref till det dock...
