Explanation:
Om jag uppfattat det hela rätt så är det frågan om en maskin som sammanfogar ingående komponenter till möbeldörrar.
Komponenterna kallas här: “Rails” som utgör dörrens ramverk, ”panels” för panelerna, ”stiles feeders” som kunde översättas till mönster/verktygs –hållare.
Förenklat förfarande:
1. Bottenpanel läggs först ner
2. Ramverket (rails) läggs ovanpå panelen
3. Övre panelen läggs ovanpå ramverket
4. Kantband-gångjärnsuttag & etc. läggs in (stiles feeders)
5. Horisontella kolvar från lång & kortsida aktiveras och
6. Pressar ihop alla delarna till förutbestämd storlek
7. Vertikala kolvar pressar ihop bitarna ovanifrån
8. Limmet aktiveras med värme
9. Färdig produkt
