Back-clamped cover förekommer i anvisningar för montering av bilglas:

Have fitting seal ready (glass without rubber)
Pull off cover above handle.◊ ◊Unscrew handle.
Unscrew cover around lock.◊ ◊Back-clamped cover.
Separate panel at handle and lift panel (be sure not to pull).
Once rubber secured to glass (using force with seal)
Slide glass into door (45°) with pointed end forward, by sliding mechanism fastener in rubber.
