In a list of disposable available from the manufacuter there appears:
Multi-Tube Units (MTUs) – case of 100
Waste Bag Kit (MTU and Tiplet) – 30 of each

MTU Waste Deflector
What would this waste cover be? To select an appropriate translation I would need to know what it looks like, material, use, etc. Forgot to ask the client yesterday and the text is due first thing this morning, Pacific time... |

| Grading comment Stort tack för förslaget. Fick via Lantra tips om en annan manual på www.gen-probe.com/pdfs/NCCLS/105636RevA.doc som beskrev utförligt hur man använder deflektorn. Den håller dels avfallspåsen på plats i avfallskärlet, dels riktar den multirörsenheterna när man slänger dem i behållarne, så att de inte skall samlas i ena hörnet. För närvarande lutar jag faktiskt åt avfallsdeflektor men jag får se vad det blir. Lite lättare i varje fall när man har den informationen.
