there is no exact Swedish equivalent, a literal translation would be "presentkort", but that word is used for "gift cards" and could be misunderstood.

disagree  Lars Jelking: It's that kind of message that does not require an official letter but rather a few words. I agree though that there is probably no good Swedish word for it.
