... tror jag det kan vara här.
Dvs inte en "fungerande bolagsstyrelse", utan något slags organ med företrädare för olika funktioner i organisationen.

(Men i regel betyder ju "functional board" mycket riktigt en styrelse där arbetet fungerar bra.)

Asker: Hej Anna! Jag såg också denna text, men undrar om det inte finns något mer vedertaget begrepp. "Funktionell styrelse" låter mest som att man lyckats få ihop tillräckligt många styrelsemedlemmar för att få styrelsen att fungera. Eller?
