Man brukar använda den engelska termen. Det händer att man talar om "beta-struktur", men det tycker jag inte är entydigt, eftersom det skulle kunna innefatta beta turn.
Alfa-helix antar jag att du har klarat ändå. Alltsammans handlar ju om sekundärstrukturer i proteiner, alltså hur kedjan av aminosyror är lindad till spiraler eller veckad i sicksackmönster, etc.

Blev nu påmind på webben om att man numera även använder beta-flak rätt ofta.
Smaksak vilket man föredrar. Jag är mest van vid sheet från min egen utbildning, men det är ju inte så dumt med ett helsvenskt ord.
