This seems to be what it means. A Google search delivers lots and lots of hits where "video clips" and "full-length tv shows" are contrasted, as well as offers to download full length tv shows, which at SVT (see link below) is called "hela tv-program." I also got a couple of hits for "fullängdsprogram," but I don't think that doesn't sound good to a Swedish ear. |
