A Type Scope is a set of data types and web services that are available to workflow for use as variables and WS calls.Versioning of the Type Scope within Workflow means that the type scope can be changed over time without “breaking” any process definitions that make use of it. Existing process definitions will continue to work with the old version unless the user chooses to manually update the scope associated with a process definition.
