Kommer inte på vad man säger på svenska. Det är alltså registreringen av ett ärende på Helpdesk som man sedan arbetar med.

Explanation:
In several Swedish helpdesks I am familiar with they are called 'ärende' or 'support ärende', the word ticket is not often heard and certainly never translated.
You could call it ärende registering just as you have in your question.
