Om du läser din källa noga, ser du att du din källterm inte är ett sammanhängade uttryck. Man ska alltså läsa in en konstpaus eller ett virtuellt kommatecken efter hand-off. Detta är jag helt säker på (om vi förutsätter att meningen är grammatiskt "hel").
Handoff är (tydligen) förekommande även i svenskan och (i Engström som översättning av hand-off).
Leta vidare på nätet så hittar du den specifika betydelsen för ditt fall. På brittisk engeslka kallas det hand over, så överlämnande/-ing ligger nära till hands. |
