Explanation:
"Bruttoprissättning innebär att producenterna, och inte återförsäljarna, får bestämma priserna som sätts mot slutkunderna. Återförsäljarna kan därmed inte konkurrera med varandra med priset och det blir en prisstelhet. I och med de nya reglerna ska återförsäljarna ha rätt att själva sätta priserna och de företag som då vill leva på mindre marginaler för att kunna erbjuda lägre priser kan göra det."
