En empanada är ett bakverk fyllt med någonting, oftast en "matig" fyllning, snarare än någonting sött. Vanliga fyllningar är grönsaker, olika sorters korv eller köttfärs. Alltså i stort sett samma sak som vi kallar piroger i Sverige. Degen är dock något "brödigare" än den som brukar användas till piroger. |
