A conditioning network includes capacitors which act as a reservoir. If there is a surge of current in the circuit these capacitors absorb the surplus. If there is a droop in the circuit they discharge stored power back into the circuit. All of this is to maintain the circuit as constant as possible with as few variations in current flow as possible |

Även om det anges lite annorlunda i förklaringen, tror jag det är kapacitiv faskompensering som avses för att kompensera för de induktiva laster som motorer och lindningar skapar. |
