The documentation shall contain results from measurements and calculations, as well as information concerning decisions and actions taken that have influence on the distribution and the amount of remaining radioactive substances.

Friklassning av anläggning: När lokaler där radioaktiva ämnen förekommit har rengjorts till sådana nivåer att ingen skyddsåtgärd längre behövs från strålskyddssynpunkt kan SSI fatta beslut om att restriktioner från strålskyddssynpunkt för användning av anläggningen (mark eller byggnader) inte längre föreligger.
