English to Swedish translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Energy / Power Generation | | English term or phrase: exciter rotor withdrawal gear | Exciter rotor withdrawal gear förekommer i en handbok för en synkrongenerator i avsnittet om hur man demonterar mataren och den permanenta magnetgeneratorn (PMG:n), punkt 13 nedan:
8. Screw in the four withdrawal studs (see Figure 6 1).
9. Position the withdrawal fixture on the end of the shaft.
10. Fit the nuts on the withdrawal studs and tighten them evenly to withdraw the exciter rotor until it is disengaged. Ensure that the shaft leads do not catch on the exciter rotor as it is withdrawn.
11. Fully withdraw the exciter rotor and withdrawal fixture. Remove the nuts, studs and withdrawal fixture. Remove the PMG locating tube and retain the exciter rotor key.
CAUTION: The air-gap is very small, so take great care when carrying out the following step.
12. Remove the PMG stator complete with its frame by sliding it along the baseplate and lifting it away from the shaft end. Again, mark and retain the shims to aid the process of re-assembly.
13. Remove the PMG rotor, using the exciter rotor withdrawal gear but with longer studs screwed into the tapped holes in the outboard face of the rotor. Retain the PMG rotor key.
14. Remove the exciter shaft seal by detaching the carrier plate from the seal plate.
Man ska alltså använda Matarrotorns kugghjul för avdragning, kan det vara riktigt? |
