English term or phrase: Build-up Basis and Deduction Basis

-Gross Profits (Build-up Basis and Deduction Basis)

The Build-Up method is broken down into three areas: Net Profits, Fixed Charges and Other Expenses, and Ordinary Payroll Coverage. The Deduction Basis method is broken down into Gross Sales, Other Income, Deductions, and Ordinary Payroll Coverage. In general terms, the Build-Up Method determines net profit plus all fixed charges and expenses (costs that are not affected by production values). The Deduction Basis method is used to determine Gross Income (Sales and Other) less deductions. Ordinary Payroll coverage is considered a separate item for both worksheets. This coverage is calculated outside the Gross Profits calculation.
