Black seabream (Spondyliosoma cantharus) - Havsruda
A suggestion for the second is Gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) - Guldsparid (or guldbraxen) which is supposed to be one of the best seabream fishes for cooking. It is only a suggestion.
If you could obtain the latin names from the customer it would be the best in order to check.

Explanation:
I agree with Sofia that having access to the scientific name would certainly help.

Some restaurants simply use the english word for it: sea bream.

Sea Bream - any of numerous marin sparid fish...http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/sea bream. Based on this you could use the name sparid.

As the term sea bream is sometimes used for pomfrets you could also use havsbraxen or simply braxen.
