Explanation:
Wellington är, precis som Madeleine skriver, smördegsinbakad filé.
I mina receptböcker kallas den maträtten för "inbakad".

Om man ska lita på Google, ger biff Wellington 49 träffar på svenska sidor, smördegsinbakad oxfilé ger ca 4 500 och inbakad oxfilé ger 11 500 träffar.
Jag tror nog att man även kan kalla den biff Wellington, men de flesta av oss känner nog igen maträtten som just inbakad filé av något slag.
