Eftersom detta troligen inte är relevant i Sverige är det naturligt och vanligt att sådana nyanser faller bort vid lokalisering till svenska (Sverige) av juridiska texter. Ofata är det teoretiskt omöjligt att inte tappa viss betydelse vid översättning av juridiska texter då dessa refererar till lokal fenomen för källandet som är okända för svensktalande och/eller saknar ord/relevans i svenskan.
