Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports
Provide direction, support, training and guidance to direct reports within the SBU to help achieve individual and organizational goals. This includes but is not limited to the following:
o Set regional sales targets (Subsidiaries and Distributors) and work with regionchefen to ensure that agreed targets are achieved.
