Being 3rd key requires you to be able to help management in daily store activities, making sure the store is being run efficiently. Also helping customers find items or even carry items out to there car, stocking shelves, cleaning shelves, filing paperwork, make sure employees are doing there daily tasks, opening and closing of the store,etc....
