Tror mer det handlar om det straffrättsliga ansvaret för juridiska personer när det väl har inträffat en olycka som leder till dödsfall.
Mitt förslag är säkerligen inte helt korrekt i det finstilta iom att det handlar om olika rättssystem, men i Sverige kan företagsbot utdömas för vållande till annans död. Brottsbalken kap 36 para 7.
