Medical - Insurance
English term or phrase: E/R rate
Found on an Expatriate Medical Expenses Report Form (in an insurance manual). I.e. it is on a form where persons insured (specifically employees placed abroad) report their medical expenses to the insurance company. In a section where the person is supposed to report on a particular medical condition he/she has, there is a table containing the following columns. The last column is subdivided into two subcolumns (and this is where I find this expression.):

-----------------------------

- DATE OF SERVICE
- TREATMENT RECEIVED
- CURRENCY
- AMOUNT
- [THE_INSURANCE_COMPANY] USE ONLY
-------- E/R RATE
-------- AUD AMOUNT

-----------------------------

(Please note that AUD refers to Australian dollars.)
