tror du måste skriva om meningen en aning; försäkringsbolag baserar ju sina premier i huvudsak genom avancerade statistiska (sannolikhets-)modeller, här synes det alltså vara dålig kunskap om kunders historiska anspråk i försäkringsärenden som varit dåliga eller ofullständiga. Vilket då leder till fler krav och/eller för låga försäkringspremier som i sin tur ger dåligt resultat..
