As to the discussion of whether this truly exists or not: this is a marketing document, so it is not for me to point out that it's claptrap...

-> Om jag hade varit i Anders skor så hade jag helt säkert tagit upp det med uppdragsgivaren/författaren. Genom att stick in ett "så kallat" skulle det kunna undvikas att författaren förefaller löjlig. Dessutom kommer snart FRA och IPRED!

Jag har svårt att se att det skulle kunna syfta på en tjänst, webbplats eller uppkoppling:
(1) Jag har nog aldrig tidigare påträffat ordet med sådana betydelser.
(2) Om något av dessa innebörder hade varit den avsedda, hade författaren nog valt ett annat ord i stället för "facility".
