Explanation:
I believe this refers to the data center term "rack-mounted," which is used for computers and other computer equipment. I don't think the equivalent of "dense" is used with the Swedish "rackmonterad," perhaps because it is implied (datorerna och annan utrustning staplas tätt på varandra).
