Inte mycket sammanhang, men det framgår att fastigheten inte lyckas bli såld, och att spekulanten möjligen skulle kunna få ta över den för en spottstyver. Det finns dock en hake - något i stil med följande:
"I just can't believe there isn't someone on the inside, who..."
