Explanation:
If this is a cooperative housing project (Bostadsrätt) I would say it has to be Bostadsrätt avgifter.

But if it is some other form of ownership, or ownership of commercial property, then the translation term would have to be adjusted.

It is in any case, a homeowner's association, or property owners' association.
