Det är underförstått att de talar om egenskaper som skyddas av diskrimineringslagen. Jag föreslår "eller annan skyddad egenskap". Ett annat alternativ är...eller annan egenskap som skyddas av lag". Det senare är då i stil med ofta förekommande formuleringar som t.ex. "som skyddas av lokal tillämplig lag", men i ditt exempel skrivs ju inte lagen ut, så jag skulle hålla mig till "skyddad egenskap".
