If this is an American English document then the word "real" could be refering to the American word for property in the form of a house etc,"fast egendom", i.e. "realty". Thus the reference could be to "fast eller personlig egendom".

Personally, I think it means much the same as "..any part of the property or any personal item(s) within that property".
