|fast egendom eller personligt lösöre|
It seems to be a translation from Swedish.
'real property'='fast egendom' instead of 'real estate'
'personal property'='personlig egendom' as opposed to 'company property' but 'personligt lösöre' as opposed to 'fast egendom'

real or personal
If this is an American English document then the word "real" could be refering to the American word for property in the form of a house etc,"fast egendom", i.e. "realty". Thus the reference could be to "fast eller personlig egendom".
Personally, I think it means much the same as "..any part of the property or any personal item(s) within that property".
