English term or phrase: freephone InfoLine service
From source: "For those countries without a freephone InfoLine service, please call ......."

gratisnummer
Explanation:
"Freephone" är telefon som är gratis (för uppringaren): 020-nummer i Sverige, 800-nummer i USA, osv. 020-nummer brukar väl kallas just 020-nummer i Sverige, men "gratisnummer" är väl litet mindre provinsiellt. InfoLine, med sina versaler, kan ju antyda ett officiellt namn på en gratistjänst hos det aktuella företaget, i vilket fall man väl skulle kanske skriva "utan gratis InfoLine-telfontjänst" eller något sådant. Annars ser "infoline" ut att användas relativt allmänt, givetvis med betydelsen "informationslinje" eller "infolinje".

Like I say, with the capitals, it looks like the originator would consider \"InfoLine\" a proper noun.

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
agree  Peter Linton: Yes. But increasingly spelled "freefone", because then it is just a name for a product, and if it is not really free, then they are legally safer than if they call it "freephone".
