These two objects seems completely unrelated to me but maybe this could be of some help.
anti-static tinsel bar = a brushlike thing used to remove static electricity; the brush part often made out of copper.
dribble bar = a kind of nozzle used for spraying liquids; for instance when farmers distribute fertilizer on a field or, in a smaller version, as an attachment for a watering can. |
