"Arr. Steelstructure
The bridge construction (steel structure) consists of the main girder and two columns. The main girder (1) is equipped with two rails (2) bolted at the sides and is covered with screens (4). A toothed bar (3) is mounted at the bottom."
"Arr. Paint Marking Guns for Location Dots
Two paint marking heads (1) are mounted on the bracket (2), located above and beside the punch marking head. The valve for solvent to atomizing air (3) is mounted on top of the bracket."

Jag förstår inte behovet av att förkorta "arrangement", men jag tycker att det kan utelämnas i det här fallet: "Stålkonstruktion" resp. "Färgpistoler för lokaliseringspunkter". Färgpunkterna används för lokalisering av stämplingen.
