"The main compressed air supply from the plant is connected to the pneumatic module which cleans, regulates and disperses the air to the various parts on the machine.
The module consist of an air inlet provided with a manual shut-off valve (9) from where the air passes through an air filter (10) filtering particles and water into drops. The filter is provided with an automatic drain. After the filter the air passes through 2 regulators (11, 12). Both regulators have a manometer displaying the adjusted pressure.
The control air for the machine movements is passed through the regulator (11) to the valve plate. There the control air passes the safety valve (3) which ensures that the control air is quickly air vented and the movements are disabled in the event of an emergency stop, a safe stop due to open a safety door or in the event that the voltage for the machine is turned off. An adjustable progressive start-up valve (4) ensures a slow aeration and is controlled by a magnet valve (5). The pressure switches (6, 7 and 8) a foreseen for monitoring the air pressure."

Trycksättningsventilen öppnar långsamt så att tryckluften till ventiler och cylindrar släpps på kontrollerat. Skulle man öppna en magnetventil och trycksätta hela maskinen momentant skulle tryckluftsmanövrerade delar röra sig snabbt och okontrollerat till sina ändlägen. På vilket sätt ventilen är "progressiv" vet jag inte. |
