Explanation: Det står för "junction point" d.v.s. den punkt där QRS-komplexet slutar och övergår i ST-regionen. Min gamla lärobok i EKG-tolkning nämner ingen term alls för denna punkt, men det finns i varje fall en Google-träff på "j-punkten". Känns dock lite magert. Eventuellt skulle man kunna skriva QRS/ST-övergången, fast det får man ju ännu färre träffar på.
