Freer-elevatorium
Explanation:
It is my understanding that the Freer elevator is a periosteal elevator, and according to my medical dictionaries, elevator should be translated as elevatorium:
Lindskog/Zetterberg: elevatorium Instrument för att lyfta upp något, t.ex. intryckta bendelar el. livmodern, el. för att lossa något, t.ex. benhinnan från ben.
The latter part of the above definition corresponds to Taber's definition of a periosteal elevator:
Surgical instrument for separating the periosteum from the bone.
Elevatorium is also used in Cressy:
elevator - elevatorium, nose elevator - näselevatorium, etc.
It is therefore odd that I have been unable to find similar references online - I found only one reference to näselevatorium, under Behandling in the following link:

I found a lot of references to elevatorium and it was also inte my dictionarry. But the word is strange, so I thought it had another name.
